British Council: The British Council’s “little kids” page is one of the best EFL websites for very young children that I have seen. It has a large and ever increasing number of read & listen songs and stories. A few of the links didn’t work for me, but most were OK and certainly worth trying.
KIZCLUB is website for young children from an EFL teacher in Korea with three pages of stories. Click here for the page with their easiest stories.
Teletubbies focuses on 2-4 year olds and features four colorful characters (Tinky-Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po). My daughter fell in love with them when she was just two years old ! The website has many activities and games but unfortunately no read & listen stories. There are however some read & listen nursery rhymes.
